Welcome to my little legal-tech lab — where each project is an experiment in making legal practice smarter. I’m building digital bridges between Cambodia’s developing legal system and global legal practices. Every project aims to increase access to legal information and improve the efficiency of legal work in Cambodia.

🔍 FTK Search#

Legal Access, Smarter and Khmer-First: FTK Search is a bilingual legal search engine built to make Cambodian law truly accessible and understandable — for everyone from legal professionals to curious citizens. It offers a clean, powerful way to search Cambodian laws, regulations, and legal documents in both Khmer and English, with smart filters and structured, readable legal text.

Our Mission: To break down barriers to legal information. FTK Search promotes legal awareness, transparency, and equal access to the law — supporting a more informed and just society in Cambodia.

Current Status: In beta testing with a select group of Cambodian legal professionals. We’re actively expanding our database of primary sources while refining search algorithms for Khmer-specific legal terminology.

🌐 TTK Translation#

🧾 SPT Collection#

Special Purpose Tools — not to be confused with an SPV (though both make legal professionals’ lives easier).

SPTs are built to tackle specific legal operations problems really well, with zero bloat and full control — no Cayman address required.
